About Our Business

Bruce Weller, Owner of Eagle Eye Professional Home Inspection provides
personalized service. Follow-up Telephone consultations are included with
every inspection.

Not only is Bruce Weller a New York State licensed Home Inspector, He is also
an New York State approved Home Inspector Instructor.

All home inspections are performed by Bruce Weller, the owner of Eagle Eye
Professional Home Inspection LLC.

Mr. Weller has been involved with building, construction and safety inspections
for over 30 years. Mr. Weller was trained in a New York State Approved Home
Inspection Program at Wilson Tech in Dix Hills and continues to attend New York
State approved continuing education courses. Additionally Mr. Weller has a
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science in
Management Engineering.

Mr. Weller is one of the past presidents of MAHI, the Metropolitan Association of
Home Inspectors and a current board member.

In addition to performing outstanding home inspections, Mr. Weller teaches and
coaches other home inspectors at the monthly MAHI meetings and in the field.

Mr. Weller was selected as an expert panelist for the Ask an Inspector segment
of Joint LI-ASHI/MAHI Home Inspector Seminar.

Mr. Weller is a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) and he uses an
Infrared Camera during home inspections to help identify defects not visible to
the naked eye and document working A/C and heat including radiant heat.

Mr. Weller scored 100% on the InterNACHI® COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for
Home Inspectors Course. (See certificate below)

Eagle Eye Professional Home Inspection LLC is based in Jericho, NY and we
travel throughout Long Island to perform home inspections.
