Frequently asked questions about home inspections.
Q. I've looked this house over very thoroughly myself (or had my dad, mother,
brother, sister, contractor etc look it over), why do I need a home inspection?
A. I have the knowledge, experience and know-how that comes with education and
experience in the inspection industry. I know what to look for and where to look for it!
While you or someone you know can examine the home and roughly determine the
condition of it, I know what to look for in your home. It's my job to spot flaws, defects
and/or conditions that the average person, contractor or handyman may overlook.
I have been hired by electricians, general contractors, professional engineers, real estate
agents, attorneys, etc. to perform their home inspections. If these professionals put their
confidence in me, you can too.
Q. How much does a home inspection cost?
A. Rates will vary from home to home. Some factors include size and age of the home.

evidence was observed.
